Track job opportunities using Leads and document the status using Stages (eg. bidding, bid submitted, award). Distribute drawings and specs to vendors within the Invitation to Bid feature. Quickly build Estimates for leads and projects where line items are organized by cost code and optional location. Markups can be applied both at the line-item level or for the entire estimate. Plus, RFP packages are fully integrated with estimates and can be used to request and analyze vendor pricing.

Project Financials: Our cloud-based software suite helps engineering and construction firms maximize profitability by empowering them with a tool that enables staff in different roles and locations to work together more efficiently. Corecon includes modules for all aspects of project financials: budgets, client contract administration, changes, POs, subcontracts, time tracking, progress invoices and job cost dashboards. Each module integrates with popular accounting systems, small and large.
