How does the OnDemand class work?
After you place your order, you receive log-in credentials for the course via email. Follow the link in the email, type your user name and password, and start learning!
How long can I access the OnDemand training?
Your OnDemand class will renew each year. We will continually update your training with new features and updates made to QuickBooks Point of Sale. New employees will be able to watch the training video’s saving time.
What do I need to take the OnDemand class?
You need a computer or tablet with an internet browser, high-speed Internet, and computer speakers or headphones.
Do I need QuickBooks Point of Sale on my computer?
No. It is not required.
I didn't receive my log-in information. What should I do?
First, check your junk mail/spam folder. If you still didn’t receive your login information, please call our office at 877-757-8223.
Do you offer a money back guarantee on your OnDemand training?
If you are not satisfied with the OnDemand QuickBooks training you purchased, contact us within 15 days from the order date and you will receive a full refund (less a $14 processing fee).
Which version of QuickBooks POS do you teach?
Our training applies to QuickBooks Point of Sale v12. Don’t worry if you have a different version. Older versions work basically the same way.
Are the training courses hands-on?
Yes. If you have QuickBooks Point of Sale installed on your computer, you can pause the class and switch to QuickBooks Point of Sale to practice hands-on with your company file or switch to practice mode.
How many people can view the training with me?
When you purchase the course, you purchase the right for one login from your company to view the course. To add another login, please call us at 877-757-8223.
I have questions about an online training video? Do you offer free help?
No. Your subscription fee is for self-paced access to our online training videos only and does not include additional 1-on-1 training from an instructor. If you require additional 1-on-1 training, we offer hourly training packages for a fee.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or educational institutions?
Yes. Please contact us to find out what pricing your organization is eligible for.
Can I offer Feedback about the training program or individual video's?
