How to Access your Paid Subscription
- To log in to your paid Intuit Field Service Management subscription, go to www.Apps.com. Click Sign In. Enter your login and password. You can use the password recovery link if you forgot your credentials.
-
Click on “My Apps” at the top. You should see your Intuit Field Service Management app icon. Click Launch to access it.
- If you use QuickBooks Enterprise and have never accessed the FSM before, the FSM is embedded inside the QuickBooks icon.
- Contact Intuit Connected Services if you are unable to see the FSM app in your My Apps listing, or if you already have QuickBooks and your My Apps re-directs you to a screen instructing you to purchase QBO.
- First Login Only: When you launch your Intuit Field Service Management subscription account for the first time, you may be prompted to select a QuickBooks company file for your FSM subscription.
-
First Login Only: Corrigo (the company that makes the IFSM software) will prompt you to create an account on the Corrigo server and for your integrated GetCru app. Fill in the form and proceed to the next step.
- You can use the same login information as your Intuit site, or you can create different login information.
- Your Corrigo credentials give you direct login access to your FSM subscription through Corrigo’s WorkOrderNetwork.com — without going through Apps.com.
Welcome! You are now inside your FSM subscription.
Next: download your free mobile app to your Apple or Android device(s). Single user setup: if desired, optimize for single-login subscriptions (enable mobile login access, enable self-assignment of work orders)
