If you log into Workplace.intuit.com or Apps.com and the FSM application is missing, this is handled by Intuit Connected Services @ 800-450-8475, then option 1, then option 1. 

  • If you bought QuickBooks ES, the FSM app is embedded inside the QBES app you see on Apps.com.
  • If it’s not there, when you get the Connected Services rep on the phone just say “I am a Field Service Management subscriber and I don’t see the FSM.  Can you tell me which login ID I am supposed to use to access my FSM subscription please?
  • Ask for a Service Request Number if your problem isn’t resolved immediately
